This course sensitizes students to awide variety of legal issues they may encounter in business and isrequired for all undergraduate business majors. Instructors forthis course normally have a J.D. degree plus experience in thefield.Should funding for such adjunct teaching positions becomeavailable, the Undergraduate Studies Office will contact persons inthe pool whose credentials match our teaching needs. This pool willbe accessed only when an opening arises. Applications will remainactive until an annual purge that occurs near the end of the fiscalyear on June 30. After this you will need to re-apply to continueto be in the pool. Note that we are unable to hire applicants whoare not in the pool.
